Brothers Edward and Harold Hutley purchased our land and our adjacent beach in 1920 and we are proud to celebrate 90 years of providing holiday facilities on the coast at St Osyth in 2011.

Managed by Alan Hutley and Gill Went (nee Hutley) our business continues to thrive and we are extremely proud to remain as the last remaining park in the area to be owned privately and run by the family of the original owners. In these days of everything being the same our customers tell us they enjoy the feeling of owning a caravan on a park that isn’t run by a national institution.

We continue to strive to be the best value for money in the area. Our published annual site fee includes local authority rates, insurance and electricity for the season in addition to the ground rent for your caravan. We are the only local park to offer this all-inclusive fee with no hidden extras giving our owners piece of mind in these inflationary times.
