| FINANCE | A refundable deposit of £50 will hold a caravan to enable you to arrange finance or a personal loan. |
| PAYMENT | HUTLEYS DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS OF MORE THAN 15000 euros. (£12,000). PAYMENT BY CHEQUE OR DEBIT CARD ARE PREFERABLE. |
| SITE FEE | THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE CARAVAN PRICE. 2012 SEASON'S SITE IS £ 3197. THIS INCLUDES:- RENT, RATES, WATER, ELECTRIC, INSURANCE & 20% VAT. THE PARK IS OPEN 1ST MARCH TO 31ST OCTOBER |
| SITE FEE PAYMENT | THE SITE FEE IS DUE ON MARCH 1st AND PAYABLE IN FULL BY MARCH 31st (unless payment by standing order has been arranged). |
| STANDING ORDER OPTIONS | 12 Standing Orders interest Free - 7th of each month September '11 to August'12 for 2012 Season 10 Standing Orders interest Free - 7th of each month November '11 to August'12 for 2012 Season 7 Standing Orders interest Free - 7th of each month February'12 to August'12 for 2012 Season Additonal charges will be made for connection to Ramtech Security system or for Winter drainage charge if these have been requested by the owner. |
| CARAVAN AGE | WE HAVE NO THROWING OFF RULE They may remain on site as long as they remain in good condition & the Site Fee is paid. |
| PERMISSION TO SELL CARAVANS PRIVATELY ON SITE | WE ALLOW PRIVATE SALES ON SITE OF CARAVANS 14 YRS OF AGE OR YOUNGER. PERMISSION & AUTHORISATION LETTER MUST BE OBTAINED FROM THE OFFICE. The current Site Transfer Fee is 10% of the Sale Price + vat, (a minimum & maximum will be set). Caravans over the 14 yr age limit may only be sold to replace an older caravan within the Park or to a dealer who will take the caravan off site. Full written details are available. |
| CHOICE OF SITE | YOU WILL HAVE A SELECTION OF SITES TO CHOOSE FROM ON WEST, EAST OR CENTRAL PARK. The concrete base will be made large enough to accommodate the caravan and a storage box. On occasion some sites are held for larger 38' caravans only. |
| STORAGE BOXES | These must be non-combustible I.e. metal & not wooden. We do not allow brick built. |
| GARDENS/FENCES WINDBREAKERS | Although half of the area around each site is the owners area - the door side is the area used by most owners and windbreakers may be erected to contain children/dogs etc. when the caravan is unoccupied these should be taken down. They should not be placed so as to restrict access to surrounding caravans. WOODEN FENCES ARE NOT PERMITTED. |
| DOGS | Dogs are permitted on the Park-they must be kept on a lead when within the boundary of the Park. Dog owners must clear up after their dog, bins are provided . |
| STEPS & DECKING | Bolt on 3 and 2 tread steps may be supplied & fitted by Hutleys (PRICES AVAILABLE). Verandahs & decking will require planning permission and these may not be allowed on certain sites as they restrict the spacing between caravans. Enclosed wooden steps (with storage facility) are not permitted within our Site Licence. |
| PARKING | Parking areas are provided - cars must not be parked between caravans as this contravenes our Site Licence. |
| BOATS/JETSKIS | These must be parked in areas designated for cars and not parked against caravan. All water craft launching from St.Osyth Beach must be registered |
